Group training session are hosted twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays for 30 minutes each session at a very low investment of $50 USD per week.

 

Focus

Our training focuses on:

  • Cardio to aide in weight loss and improve lung capacity etc. 
  • Strength training to help individuals stay focus while developing strength.
  • The right technique to prevent injuries and achieve the best results for a healthier you.
  • Building endurance and confidence in reaching the desired health and fitness goals.

Available Plans

We offer the following flexible plans to fit your busy schedule

 Commit to 4 sessions paid monthly $100

 Commit to 2 sessions paid weekly $50

Commit to Individual sessions ( flexible) $35
